The goal of the Train the Trainer-Scaffolding Award is to give participants the abilities and information they need to become proficient scaffolding trainers. This course also aims to give participants the skills and methods they need to conduct effective training sessions while maintaining scaffolding operations’ efficiency and safety. The best practices for training delivery, communication techniques, scaffolding concepts, and instructional design will all be covered by the participants. The training places a strong emphasis on hands-on activities and interactive learning to improve participants’ capacity to train others effectively.
