The purpose of the specialist course, the Award in Banksman Safety Training, is to give participants the information and abilities they need to carry out flagging tasks safely and efficiently. The goal of the course is to increase participants’ comprehension of communication strategies, hazard detection, and flagging processes. Participants will gain knowledge about traffic management, access control to work areas, and public and worker safety. The goal of the training is to improve participants’ capacity to carry out the vital duties of a flagman and support a secure workplace.
